Competence-Based Learning in Non-Formal Adult Education

This training project contains four courses, after which the participant understands the meaning of strategic planning in building courses based on competence-based learning.

The training offers participants tools to

• develop education in a digitalising world,
• identify and recognize competences

act towards competence-based learning  new ways of assessment.

The training also familiarises institutions with digital open badges as tool in identifying and recognizing competences.  

The project is funded by the Finnish National Agency for Education.
