It will not only accelerate the EU’s green transition but also create new business opportunities and help make sustainably operating companies more competitive.

In The Open Badges for Circular Economy project, we develop and pilot a digital open badge constellation to identify and make visible circular economy expertise needed in working life.

A survey by the Finnish Information Society Development Centre (TIEKE) shows that opportunities that blockchain technology offers are not yet widely recognised. Blockchain may offer significant benefits for certain applications. An example of this are blockchain-enabled digital product passports. They can help sharing product information between producers, consumers, recyclers and regulatory bodies more effectively.
