In the Digitally skilled businesses and communities in Central Finland project (DiyKS), we enhance the digital competences of rural micro and small businesses, associations, and various communities. We aid them in increasing the digitalisation of their operations and raise awareness of the environmental impact of technological solutions.
As part of the project, we offer on-site training and webinars aimed at improving personal digital skills of entrepreneurs and association members. We also organise digital circles, where companies and associations come together to share best practices, discuss experiences with digital solutions, and explore contemporary digital topics.
The project promotes digital competences and collaboration among different stakeholders through innovative methods. Incorporating the use of digital Open Badges adds elements of gamification to the project, supporting the motivation for learning and strengthening digital skills.
