EDIFY-EDU training

Enhancing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace

The trainings of the EDIFY-EDU project will develop participants’ opportunities to promote DEI/EDI* activities in organisations. In the autumn of 2024, a MOOC course open to all will serve as the introduction to the whole, containing the most important basic concepts and starting points related to the DEI/EDI themes. In January 2025, the training will continue with a country-specific, tailor-made specialisation course, in which content learned in the MOOC will be deepened.

The key objective of the training is to develop competence gaps identified in business management from the perspectives of equality, diversity and inclusion.

The key target group of the trainings are students in management training as well as people in management positions, entrepreneurs, trade union representatives and human resources managers.

The trainings and schedules

  1. An online MOOC course in English in October-December 2024 -> read more.
  2. Country-specific modular specialisation course in January-March 2025 -> read more.
  3. In addition to these, it will be possible for management students to participate during the spring and summer of 2025:
    • spring school, with a focus on gender equality; and
    • work based learning.
