EDIFY-EDU training

The EDIFY-EDU project has carried out a study on the skills needs related to EDI themes. On the basis of these, an EDIFY curriculum and modular trainings have been produced. The key target group of the trainings are students in management training as well as people in management positions, entrepreneurs, trade union representatives and human resources managers.

Trainings and schedules

The first phase of the training is the online MOOC course, which will take place between October and December 2024. In the second phase, we will implement country-specific modular training in early 2025. The extent of both trainings is approx. 30 hours.

In addition to these, it will be possible for management students in particular to participate in 1) an international training meeting with content focused on gender equality and 2) a work-based learning period during the spring and summer of 2025.
